Millington, Tenn ~ The results are in and its official, an Indmar Marine Engine owner is a happy owner. The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) just announced the recipients of the 2011 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) award and has recognized Indmar Marine Engines for the 6th consecutive year. The program surveyed more than 30,000 consumers and over the last six years more than 670,000 consumers were surveyed reporting customer satisfaction with their Indmar Marine Engine.
The Marine Industry CSI Awards program honors participating manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. Indmar has achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past six years, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new engine.
